So this is a very unique piece! It is a handmade, wirewoven lapis lazuli pendant with a Welo Opal feature. I entered this piece along with the nest I made in an exhibit down in Portland. Now I would like for it to find a forever home. Can be shipped with or without the little nest it's been living in. <3 Your choice. Here is the artist statement than went along with the piece just for fun:
"Lost Portal, Found" is a magic stone portal key- lost for centuries in a mossy wood. Some magpie or shiny eyed bird absconded with it and tucked it away in it's nest. For centuries it was lost, kept hidden by Faeries until a foolish human noticed it while stumbling through the woods searching for a lost love. The magic opal caught a glint in a sunbeam and the Faeries allowed him to touch it- the foolish human was transported then to Faerie and lost from the human world. Possibly forever.
Not to worry- this pendant is now safe for anyone to enjoy.
